RentThread Privacy Choices

RentThread does not sell personal information, share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, or use targeted advertising. You can still make choices about the personal information RentThread holds.

What you can request

• Access: a copy of the personal information associated with your account.
• Correction: fixing inaccurate account information you cannot edit yourself.
• Deletion: deleting your account and qualifying personal information, subject to the limits described in the Privacy Policy (for example, replies by other people, neutral tombstones that preserve conversation structure, and records we must keep for security or legal reasons).
• Portability: an export of your contributions in a reasonably usable format.
• Appeal: a second review if we decline a request.

How to submit a request

Email privacy@rentthread.com from the address on your RentThread account and describe the request. We will verify the request using information proportionate to its sensitivity — never send identity documents by ordinary email.

An authenticated in-product privacy portal is planned; until it is available, email is the supported channel. We will acknowledge your request, respond within the timeframe required by applicable law, and explain any extension or denial with an appeal path.

Authorized agents

Where applicable law allows an authorized agent to act for you, the agent must provide proof of authorization, and we may confirm the request with you directly.

Universal opt-out signals

RentThread does not sell or share personal information or use targeted advertising, so legally recognized universal opt-out signals do not change how the Service treats your data today. If our practices ever change, this page and the required controls will change first.
