Our mission: make renting less of a blind decision by preserving what residents know about where they live. Our vision is a useful, living public record for every rental property in America.

For renters researching or living in apartments, RentThread combines structured resident reports, ratings, Q&A, property history, and ongoing discussion in one persistent building record. Unlike listing marketplaces, static star-review sites, or scattered neighborhood groups, RentThread follows the property through management and name changes, protects resident identities, and does not sell control over scores, ranking, removal, or moderation.

Independence promise

Nobody can buy a cleaner thread. Property representatives may verify who they represent, correct basic property information, answer questions, and respond publicly. They cannot pay to change scores, hide criticism, control ranking, identify property aliases, or influence moderation.
